We provide a detailed RoyalexLeather Size Chart to help you find your ideal fit. If your specific measurements are not listed, we offer a custom sizing option for a small additional fee of $11 USD. Simply send us your measurements after selecting “Custom Size” at checkout.

Your active email address is essential for receiving updates about your order, including order confirmation, production status, tracking information, and other important notifications. Please ensure you use an email you check regularly.
Q. Can I request an exchange or refund?
Yes, we offer a 30-Day Easy Return & Exchange Policy:
- If we ship an incorrect item or size, we’ll cover all return shipping costs and send you the correct product.
- If you ordered the wrong size or want to exchange for a different design, you will be responsible for return shipping.
- Full refunds are available within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in original condition.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard production and delivery time is 8 to 10 business days.
For custom-sized jackets, delivery may take up to 15–18 business days to ensure precise craftsmanship. We ship worldwide using trusted couriers such as DHL, TNT Express, and Skynet.
Q. Why haven’t I received a quick response to my email?
We typically respond to all inquiries within 12 working hours. In rare cases, delays may occur due to high email volume or technical issues—but rest assured, every message is important to us and will be addressed promptly.
Q. Why is the color of my jacket slightly different from the website image?
Colors may appear slightly different due to studio lighting, screen settings, or shadows in photos. However, all product listings include detailed color descriptions—please review those carefully before purchasing. If in doubt, contact us for further clarification before ordering.
Q. What should I check if my payment fails?
If you’re facing a payment issue, please confirm:

Q. Can I see real photos of the jacket before ordering?
Absolutely. While we update our product listings frequently, if a listing only shows a celebrity image and you’d like to see real photos of the actual item, email us at info@royalexleather.com. If we have it in stock, we’ll send you live pictures.
Q. Will I need to pay customs or import duties?
Depending on your country’s policies, you may be responsible for customs or import duties upon delivery. These fees are typically charged to the recipient and apply to both retail and wholesale orders.
Q. Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
Yes, but only within the first 24 hours after placing your order. Once production begins (pattern cutting and stitching), no changes can be made to size, color, material, or design. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
